top 10 wont update

    Hi,
    My daily top ten (in my sidebar) hasn’t updated for weeks. It doesn’t reflect my most read posts each day.
    I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating with no success.
    Any ideas?

    Sorry for the delayed response. Am I right to understand that you’ve now switched to WPP? Or was this always the case before? If the latter, then you’ll need to post into their forum.

    I saw calls made by WordPress Popular Posts plugin – it’s a different posts plugin from mine. Looking at your site I see the calls are being made by WPP and not my plugin.

    However, I do note that you also seem to be running Top 10 plugin. I’m checking to see what’s going on

    Please can you toggle the tracker type in the settings page – tracker tab. It should be Query variable or ajax and toggle between whatever is set right now.

    Also, can you please turn debug mode on?
