In change logs, you can find “Exclude tooltips in h1,h2,h3 is realized in our tooltips pro version”, what you need to do is just upgrade your tooltips pro to the newest version, we found until today, we still have to reply your mails again and again about this feature has been realized, and we have replied a few times about details of how to find “Exclude tooltips in h1,h2,h3” in settings panel, I feel sorry that it seems you did not read our replies at all π

For create a submit ticket, please:
#1 Please login your buyer account at https://tooltips.org, we need you logged in your buyer account is because we received too many spam attacks, in recent months, we found x,000 account be registered in our system, last day, we lost all of our sleep, because we found x0,000 records in our log to refresh our system, via spam bot, headless browser pyton scripts…. and so on, we had to write rules to stop them in the whole night, also we delete some of these account but we have no way to delete all of them, today our hands is still super pain, of course our head is pain too, that why we request you, please login our system via your buyer account first then create a ticket, if you click submit ticket link first, it will not work, you need login first to open a ticket, this is not a bug.
#2 Only after you logged in your buyer account, then click the link of “submit ticket ” on the top top menu bar, you will find ticket panel, and you can open ticket, delete ticket, manage ticket, at the same time you saying it not work, we are discussing with other users on the ticket system every day.
If you still think ticket system not work for you, just like we replied in your mail threads, please tell us your steps of create ticket and we will try to reproduce your steps and fix problem for you.
We suggest you submit ticket, not only via mails, because we received a lot of spam every day, full of money, fxxk. pxxn, sex, or donate 100 btc to the sender… and so on, some guy even try to send virus via attachment, we had to filter all these mails, buyer account mails is always in whitelist, other mails maybe will be filtered.
