The tooltips plugin is treating UTF-8 characters as word separators.

    To re-create the issue:

    1) Create a tooltip called “TH” with text “This is a tooltip.”

    2) Edit a blog post and put “Thé test.”

    Result:

The tooltip displays erroneously on the word “Thé”. I’ve also tested and confirmed with the letter “û”, so I suspect that the code to distinguish word separators is only dealing with ASCII and not UTF-8.
