Hi,
Thanks for the message 🙂
We are happy to help you 🙂
In general, this kind of problem is because plugin conflicts, for example a cache plugin, you can find our guide of how to solve it at:
https://tooltips.org/how-to-let-wordpress-tooltips-works-well-with-autoptimize-plugin/
https://tooltips.org/how-to-let-wordpress-tooltips-works-well-with-sg-optimizer-plugin/
Thanks, have a good day 🙂
Well, I’m actually not that tech-savvy and I’m doing it just for my hobby.
Do you mean, I need to install another plugin (optimizer or something) in order to fix conflicted cache?
Or I need to clear the cache completely and make another fresh one?
https://tooltips.org/how-to-let-wordpress-tooltips-works-well-with-autoptimize-plugin/
I followed the guide, and still not resolved. Did I do wrong, or there’s something I missed?

Hi,
Thanks for the message 🙂
No problem, we are very happy to help you 🙂
I will try my best to say it more clearly 🙂
Just like we replied, if you check https://tooltips.org, or https://tomas.zhu.bz, you will find our wordpress tooltips plugin works well, so it seems the problem is not caused by our plugin directly, a common reason is plugin conflicts, in this case, you can find the problem by this method:
#1 Use wordpress backup plugin “duplicator” to full backup your site.
#2 Change your wordpress theme to default theme and deactivate your other plugins one by one to find which plugin or theme caused the problem
#3 Give us the feedback
Please note, just like what you waid, “I’m actually not that tech-savvy”, so if you do not know how to use duplicator plugin, please do not deactivate any of your plugins or theme, just do it in the case that you can fully restore your site with zero risk 🙂
Thanks, have a happy day 🙂
