I’m not 100% sure whether this is a problem with this plugin, or with WP core, but here goes…
I enabled this plugin mostly for the anchor button (working on a massive page that will have 100+ anchors, and I didn’t want to hand edit those in text mode). It seemed to be working ok, but now it seems to have a problem when I add an anchor that is messing up the stickiness of the toolbar. To replicate:

    1. create a page/post that causes the toolbar to become sticky when scrolling down
    2. scroll down until the toolbar becomes sticky, and click where you want the anchor
    3. click the anchor button
    4. give it a name
    5. hit ok, and now the cursor is somewhere towards the top of the content, and if you scroll down, the toolbar no longer sticks

I replicated it on a shorter post that I created for testing as well. This is going to get tedious real fast if I can’t figure out a way to fix this.

I do not believe this is an issue particular to this plugin. I’ve now replicated it with the Special Character button, and did so with TinyMCE Advanced deactivated. I’m going to disable a couple more plugins to confirm that the issue is with the core TinyMCE editor itself.

UPDATE: it is a bug in NextGEN Gallery, not in WP core. I’ll report it there.

Glad you figured it out 🙂
