Hello, in my site I can’t view the toogle menu in mobile version,
The site isn’t online right now. I look it with ip address

Please try adding this custom CSS below:
```
.fa-bars:before {
    visibility: visible;
}
```
To add custom CSS, Go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. Hope this helps to fix your issue.
