• I will confirm a former negative review … though there is an obvious potential, since it’s really easy to undertand and set rules, and it seems well coded, using low CPU, and well integrated in WP/WC environment. That being said:

    • Real deficit in tab to organize the options per whatever, generating a big waste of time to check per product or kind of product that everything gets what it needs
    • I am not at ease with working with a team … without any written support policy, without any documentation, without (or hiding) their company registration number and location …. this is an open door to answers like: “this out of our scope” … “refund does not in that case”
    • support is not really supportive …. they can even refuse to answer a question where an AI will give one that performs
    • Not directly compatible with WPML … and create specific rules per product in other languages makes it so more complicated than it’s already

    At the end of the game, it’s not only about Tech, it’s also fairness and customer care

    Reviews of commercial plugins/themes are acceptable on WordPress.org when such reviews discuss functionality (including Software as a Services [Saas] solutions) or user-facing features. Reviews that are essentially payment disputes or are used to leverage support will be archived, with a reply that such disputes should be handled via private email.

    We have processed many previous requests like yours before. First, they thanked for the help. After some time, there were further issues with the theme that could not be solved from the frontend inspection and users didn’t hesitate to give a bad review that our code ruined their site. Ungrateful users are the reasons why we do not offer any CSS or customization anymore on this forum. It’s easy to blame than to remember the help when they are in need.

    If you can find someone who can do that for free for your site, that’s great, then you can kindly go for it. We are open to suggestions when it comes from users who are respecting us, not by threatening us with bad reviews.
