Too Much Vertical White Space Between Widgets
-
[ Moving to Fixing WordPress ]
On the home page, I’ve got four stacked widget rows at the bottom of the page: Text, three-column text, text, and a button. The space before and after the three-column row of text is enormous. I can’t stack a one-column width in the same row as a three-column width.
How can I reduce the space between widgets?

Hello there,
What theme are you using?
We could try to fix that with some CSS work with the top padding space. Are you familiar with CSS editing?

Hi,
I would request to share the marked screenshots through http://droplr.com/ to indicate the issue.
Thanks
MohammadI’m using Sydney and I’ve got a rudimentary familiarity with CSS editing.
Thanks!

Thanks for the tool @mdshak.
@mcdumpy Could you please show me what is inside this option? http://d.pr/i/97Ho
We are looking for something like “Padding”Thank you both.
You were right, Jorge. What I needed was in there:
Default is 100 px, which is why they were so far apart. 100 px padding for the bottom of one and the top of the other added up to 200 px padding, which is a ton.
You are welcome.
Yep, sometimes the default settings are little crazy. But there you have it so you can change it to your needs π
Please let us know if you need anything else.
You were a huge help and I got the site where I needed it to be for my client meeting this morning, so thank you very much!
Hey, glad to read that!
Happy to help π
