too much space.

When I use 2 line breaks ([br][br]), WordPress automatically replaces them with a [p]. I’m using the following in my css: p {margin: 0;) to get rid of the extra space between the blog title and the blog itself. So when WordPress replaces my line breaks it completely messes up my blog. How do I stop it from replacing them? Do I need to edit its files? because I don’t see an option for it in the admin sections.

I’m using 1.2, by the way. If it makes a difference….
