Too many menu links

    Does anyone know how to play around or alter the menu bars?

    ^If you go on here, there are too many menu links that show up, but I was wondering if there is a way to limit to just two or three. I just want Home | Contact and maybe a few other links to the page, but I can’t seem to find the code or language that lets me change this.
