    Dear Plugin Development Team,

I was informed by my hosting provider that this plugin is generating a high number of server requests, which is causing excessive CPU usage and website crashes.

They recommended either adjusting the plugin’s configuration to reduce resource usage or contacting the plugin developers for guidance. At the moment, the website becomes unstable when the plugin is active, and I have been advised to replace it if the issue cannot be resolved.

    Could you please advise on:

    • Recommended settings to reduce server load
    • Known performance issues or conflicts
    • Any optimization steps or updates I should apply

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated, as I would prefer to continue using your plugin if possible.

Thank you very much for your support.

    Kind regards,

    Hello @overyah,

It is recommended using the internal user data cache. This cache is enabled by default. Make sure that you didn’t disable the internal cache. Read this doc for details: Advanced Tab: General

Please verify that all users have assigned roles and statuses. The plugin attempts to assign users without a role or status to the default role and status. However, this doesn’t always work due to blocks from other plugins. In this case, the process will repeat over and over again.

    Dear Support,

    Thank you for your response.

I would like to clarify that the “Disable user data cache” option has never been checked on my end. The internal cache has remained enabled.

Please let me know what else I should check to resolve the issue.

    Best regards,
