    Hi,

I have a problem with the connection between piwik and the plugin. Sometimes the plugin return to me this error:

Please check URL and auth token. You need at least view access to one site.

When I refill the Token field the plugin restart to work correctly, but at a next access to wordpress I see the same error.

    Thanks,
    Francesco

I have this same issue , suddenly stopped tracking all my domains as of 3 days ago. No fix so far.

Did you check the tracking code in your site’s source code?
Did you change anything three days ago? (WordPress update, new plugins, Piwik update, Piwik settings, server configuration, …)

This topic is 11 months old, maybe you should start a new thread with a full error description.

Blah, feel like a dunce- HostGator had reset my mod_sec whitelist for some darn reason- it was on their end. Working again. Anyways, thanks for the great plugin.

    Hey,

Posts in the last few days got me thinking. The plugin still doesn’t work for me, but I think I may know what the issue is.

For some reason my host doesn’t allow the server to make http requests to itself, i.e using open, cURL, wget. I figured this out when troubleshooting wp-cron.

I doubt there is much the plugin author can do about this, it’s not really a plugin issue, but I write this in the hope it helps someone else with the same problem. Now I just have to work out a workaround. Any advice anyone?
