    Hi,

    thanks for your question!

This feature is available as a TablePress Extension. For more information, please see these instructions: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-expand-tablepress-row?replies=18#post-4187213

    Hey Tobias,

Thanks for the quick response again, unfortunately that’s not exactly what I was looking for (unless I’m doing something incorrectly). The extension makes every row expandable, but I’d like a group of rows to expand from one row. For example the “+” on row 1 would expand rows 3-4 out, and then a “+” on row 5 would expand 5-7 out. Similar to what is on this page – http://em3.biz/category-comparison/. I’m assuming from the support post regarding that site that there was jQuery used, but I’m not too sure.

    Thanks,
    Manny

    Hi Manny,

yes, the solution from the TablePress Extension adds some extra data below each row.

For something like in the link you posted, you’ll need to find a custom solution then, as I don’t have readily usable solution available for that. jQuery should indeed be a good start.

    Regards,
    Tobias
