I’m having a very similar issue. I installed the FAQ plugin, tested it and then decided to get a license in order use + – as toggle symbols.
Before adding the license I saw the + – toggle symbols in the settings (but could not select them). Now with the license installed I only see the alphabet as toggle symbols (and can select them).
How can I get the correct toggle symbols?

It appears that assets being loaded from another site (e.g. instead of loading from https://www.la-palma-sailing.com/, it’s trying to pull the fonts from https://www.quetzalsailing.ch). In this case, I’d suggest making sure all your assets are on this server and not an old one.
If it’s still happening after you do this, please let us know.
It is working now but I am not sure what I did to fix it or what happened to resolve it…
I thought that maybe it was a cache issue but trying it on another location produced the same lettering problem however now it appears to be working.
So to anyone else having this problem I am not sure what to suggest, it fixed itself somehow lol

Thanks for looking into it! It’s actually the same server but it’s accessible from this two URLs. So the fonts should be there no matter which URL is used.
I’ll have a look at the URL stuff again as I was never really happy how it was working. I hope that will fix this issue.
