Toggle content is always expanded, tabbed content vanishes

I use WordPress 4.2.4 with the Nevada theme. I have the following two problems:
– I use the toggle command on some pages. When such a page is loaded all toggle items are expanded and cannot be folded up.
– I use tabs on some pages. When such a page is loaded the tabs are displayed but the tab contents are gone.

These two problems always appear together. When I update a page, it usually works once but the problems reappear when a page is reloaded.

Does anybody have an explanation for this behaviour?
