May be that another plugin are conflict with faq. Try to deactivate all plugins one by one and then check that which one are conflict here with your faq.

Hi there, I have a similar issue – the toggle doesn’t work to open or close my FAQs. I’ve tried to deactivate plug-ins but that doesn’t seem to have helped. I’m using Sydney theme from aThemes.

Hi thanks, but I’ve already built the rest of my site in this theme so changing theme is not an option for me. If FAQ responsive doesn’t work with Sydney then it would probably easier to find a different FAQ plug in…
