TOC & Sticky Menu Bar

    Plugin works great thanks.

    Just one question: our site uses a stick menu bar and when I click a link in the TOC the section header is covered by the menu and can’t be read unless you scroll. Is there anyway to make it jump so the section header is just below the sticky menu? Thanks
