TOC "Show" toggle not working

Just to report the problem:

The “show” toggle on the TOCs at my website doesn’t work.

This only happens, of course, when I “Allow the user to toggle the visibility of the table of contents.”

I was able to ‘show’ and ‘hide’ the table of contents a couple of times at first, but later, when I click ‘show’, it only takes me to the top of the page, and the table of contents doesn’t actually show. I also noticed the # sign appended to the URL in the address, just the # sign, without anything thereafter.

I’ve disabled “Allow the user to toggle the visibility of the table of contents” for now.
