TOC scrolls below header on desktop

    Hi,

    On desktop when the user selects the TOC item, it takes them below the H2 info instead of displaying it. How can this be adjusted so it takes them directly to the H2 info. This issue is specific to desktop. It’s happening on all my posts. Thanks for your help.
