TOC doesn’t work

    Hi support,

    I have been using this TOC plugin with satisfaction for several of my websites. However, the plugin is not working on my most recent website. I can customize it and place it within an article, but when a link in the TOC is clicked, it doesn’t navigate to the corresponding section.

    The settings are the same as on my other websites; I have already checked this. I would appreciate your advice on how to resolve this issue.

    Hi, thank you for reaching out to us. It seems there may be a conflict with a other plugin or theme. Kindly check once for the conflict and let us know if the issue persists.

    Thanks for your reply.

    We have tested all the plugins one by one, but this did not resolve the issue. The only two plugins we did not deactivate are a plugin from the theme and the Elementor plugin, which was used to build the website.

    Furthermore, all plugins and the theme are up to date. I look forward to hearing how we can resolve this issue.

    Hi, could you please confirm which theme you are currently using? Additionally, share the link or reference to that theme so that we can check it on our end.
