I found out that when adding a title for jetpack sharing buttons, TOC collects that title as a content section and includes in table.
For a fix, TOC can check that is a title for jetpack not for content..

Sorry it’s taken a long time for a response. I’ll be releasing a new version that will allow you to exclude certain headings from being listed. With this, you can add the heading that jetpack uses.
