To create a site based on the WordPress engine

Sorry for my bad english ;).

It is planned to create a site based on the WordPress engine. The idea, the site of creativity. Publications pics (created by users themselves, who publish) and songs (created by users themselves, who publish) registered users.

Must comply with the following features:

• User registration.
• User should be able to update your profile. Erase unnecessary files published. When registering, be out questionnaires, which will describe the user profile.
• Ability to publish pictures and songs (Publication should take place separately. If this is possible). Structure publications: General gallery: Gallery of photos, songs Gallery.
• Ability to listen to songs.
• Near the published pictures or songs should be seen by user name (which published a photo of).
• User can publish only one photo with or download within 24 hours.
• Must be a system of ratings. For example: novice, intermediate, profesionall. + Balls and so on.

Advise what plugins there, or ways to solve above mentioned problems.
