    Hello,

    my temporary folder /tmp is not valid.

    Can you let me know where to create one.

    Ich habe gerade error logs gecheckt. Dort habe ich die Meldung: [Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp/.postman_c704baaf.lock) is not within the allowed path(s).
    Wie ändere ich den Pfad im Plugin? In der DB selbst (ich weiß wie)?

    Hello, I have written to support with subject line “POST-2345 temporary folder /tmp is not valid”.
    On the 2nd of November support replied with “Just confirming that we got your request. We’re on it.”
    On the 5th of November I have asked support “do you have any news?”.
    Till now now anwser.
    Pls can you help me.
