Titles & Metas not loading

Hello,

after the last update Titles & Metas are not loading when creating a single product. It says: This section could not be loaded. Please reload the page and try again.

The rest of the options (Social, Advanced, Redirection, Content Analysis, Overview) are loading and working, but the Titles & Metas are not. So Overwiev is all in orange and red dots as I can not input anything in Meta.

I reloded many time, cleared cache (LiteSpeed) – nothing. However I can add Title and Meta in Quick Edit. But that’s not the option I’m looking for. Any ideas how to fix this?
