Title permalinks and categories

Hello

Don’t mind the colors, just to see the <div> tags and areas.

So,
I need, under where it says WORK to display the title of each entry i have from the WORK category ONLY and have those link as permalinks to their corresponding entry to load on the right.

I would also like to put that list in a form like drop down or css version fo drop down, as i will have many entries.

Can anyone help me create this loop? i have looked with no luck…
