Title over description

When I’m viewing the portfolio on mobile phone, and then tapping on a tile to open the popup, all the titles that are long enough overlap the description under it. The description has inner scrolling, but titles don’t. Could you please let me know how to make the description go down when title is long, so both texts will be visible.
