Title doesn’t link to Lightbox

I’ve created a gallery that looks/works great and I like the settings of the lightbox when you click on the thumbnail image. However, the title tags under the images are clickable as well but they do not go to the lightbox. They go to another page that doesn’t include all the information/options needed and doesn’t give you the option to close out – instead you have to hit the back button. Please advise.
