This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
Could you please give me more details cause I don’t want to make a mistake !

Since when you have this issue? What did you do to site before this issue happened? Updates? Changes, etc.?
This issue appeared few days ago. I only dis the normal updates for the plugin that I use. Nothing more ..

As I said in my previous reply, to rule out any plug/theme conflict, try to disable all plugins. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If that does not help, try Switching to the Twenty Twenty theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

Also, Please don’t post in the Alpha/Beta forum unless you’re actually testing the alpha/beta version of WordPress (not a plugin or a theme). Also, once WordPress has released a version, it’s not appropriate to post in alpha/beta and you should post in the Fixing WordPress forum (I have already moved it there).

I did what you told me and I disable all plugins.
I found the one causing the trouble : Vafpress Post Formats UI
Now I deactivate it ! and I can add again a title !
