    Hi,

    I’d like to know what the size of the title background image section?
    So I can make the background image ratio according to that size.

    Hello,

    Try to use a 100% full-width content instead of the fullwidth page layout. For the image size, use 1920 x 1080 pixels for the background.

    Hello,

    1920 x 1080 image size better for fixed attachment (parallax effect).
    What better size for scroll attachment.

    It depends on your need and site design. The above size will also work for the scroll attachment.
