Title and description keep default values

Hi,

I installed WordPress, added the WorkPress theme and enabled it.

After that I changed Title, Description and Button Text in the slider section. After publishing, only the Button Text on the website shows the new value, the Title and Description keep their default value. Strange thing: in the backend I can see my updated values, they only don’t show on the frontend.

Another issue: When I am in the “Customizer” functionality (panel with options on the left, preview on the right) I can see 4 pre-defined services in the service section. They also appear in the preview. But when I open the website frontend, only the headline “Services” appears but not the 4 services themselves.

I cleared the browser cache, restarted the web server and opened the site on a different computer. Result stays the same. Am I missing something?
