title and description issues

I have a couple issues… I am trying to add a comma in both title and description and it seems to cut off the text. (i.e if i input August 25, 2013 it outputs August 25) I have also tried using html code instead of , but that does not work.

The other issue is that it seems that descriptions are getting out of order i’m not sure if MAYBE the commas are causing this… has anyone else had this issue…

FYI I am aware I have hacked this gallery template however the same issue happens when I use the “out of the box template”… mainly css changes besides the thumbnail size.
