Tip for using WP Cover?

    Hello,
    My Table of content is add just before my first H2.(all works perfectly).
    Now, I would like to add a WP Block Cover with a color around my H2.

    In consequence the Table, which is automatically added, is now included in the cover. Which is not beautiful.

    Do you have any tip so the table is not included in the Cover block?
