I’d offer to help but by looking at it you open 1* reviews without going through the proper channels of support, and previous attempts for plugin authors to help fix your issues in a way to get you to modify your review have fallen on deaf ears. As such, I feel like my time would be wasted.
Often those who support offer support for free. In fact this case would probably be a server issue, rather than the plugin itself.
I hope you take my feedback on your feedback on board, and in the future open support requests.
