timetable plugin

hi, I am looking for a plugin that deals with a basic timetable function for example my site is about shipping and i have a page that shows the schedules for shipping over the next two months. Its carries information on the vessel and its destinations and dates for arriving at destinations. I need to be able to allow ofices around the world to input their own schedules without them having any knowledge in html. Does this plug in exist or can anyone suggest a solution?
