Timestamp on Comments page

Good morning,
I have, at present, a one page blog with a single Post to add an answer to(there is a reason for this) where comments are allowed by registered members.
My question is that I want the timestamp to show the time as well as the date. At present it only displays Month Date Year.
How can I do this please.
If it makes a difference, I am using the SH Trocadero theme.
