Coonection to the database is fine, the old website is live but we’re getting these server messages:

I’ve just run the import without images and it was fine.
The old website host says there is no problem with accessing images but it’s timing out when I try and add images to the import.
Does your plugin have an issue with missing images in the product?
Can the plugin be made to just move onto the next product (after importing the data) if the image can’t be found?

There is probably a timeout on your server.
A good solution is to run the migration in local. In this case, you won’t have the limitations of the server.
