Time.ly and customizing Form

I have been switching between this calendar and The Events because of different functions needed and there is so much I like about this but I am frustrated from trying to find this workaround with RSVP and hoping you can help?

We are a tennis club and users like to add events like pick-up tennis games to let people sign up for. Currently, the workaround is someone adds the event and I have to go into the backend and manually add “Form Maker” to the html to allow for people to sign up and show those signups on the frontend.

Is there a way I can code that into the form to enable people to have the signup show up for every event? I can’t have everyone on the admin side; and seeing the names of who signs up is important on the front end.

As an aside, I’ve tried many booking plugins, or alternative calendars, and there seems to be a real lack of options on this type of thing?
