Time Zone Issue in product count down clock

    The countdown clock for the product is not displaying correctly. As you have to set the timezone in the countdown tag and we have also set the timezone for the website in the general setting for the website. In the newer update, you have checked the timezone in the PHP(get_uwa_remaining_seconds()) as well as the js file.
    So maybe both of the timezone conflict and the clock goes wrong.

    Hi @dippatel11 ,

    First of all, we need to understand and see what problem are you facing and for that, please answer following questions:

    1. What start time and end time have you set for the product?

    2. Please share the product page url so that we can see the timer ourselves

    3. What timezone have you set for your website inside “WP Admin > Settings > General”?

    4. Have you customized any timer code?

    With regards to the code, the countdown clock for auction detail page is displayed in div tag and not in the countdown tag. We have used auction custom countdown classes and the plugin gets timezone from site’s general settings.

    We need to specify one thing to you that if you have set “UTC format” inside WP Admin > Settings > General then please change it to “CITY FORMAT” and then check.
