Time – translation and update

FIrst of all, amazing plugin. But for non-English users its a bit tedious at times when upgrading. Might be because I am not using it correctly.
1) In account page, View Profile = should be in the language file. Have to change um-actions-account.php for every update.
2) only using English time, so when I change from default to H:i and j. F Y in um-datetime.php I still dont get my own locales month names in members page when joined for example.
3) in: = should be in the language file as well. This can be found in post-single.php Its telling where comments are in the articles.
Is there anything of these things I can have done otherwise? To reduce fixing for each upgrade?
