Hi Ben, I’ve just installed the plugin and I’m not using caching plugins. I then went and navigated around the website in a private page on Firefox and also tried using Edge. Currently no activity is being registered (i’ve tried refreshing the analytics page in case this is necessary). Is there a delay to showing any recorded data, or are there other reasons why the plugin might not pick up website activity? Are there any known clashes with other plugins, or reasons why website actions may not be logged?

Sorry my fault, eventually realised it was due to using a VPN and having the REST API turned off. I’ve tested without VPN and with REST API disabled but excluding the iawp namespace and its working fine 🙂

Just to say I like that you have a white label option by default, that’s fab and a time-saver, and its also easy to add some CSS to customise the view further (unlike Burst Statistics for instance).

Time will tell but as long as performance isn’t impacted too much, its stable and reliable, and visits/data are captured fairly accurately then this will be my go-to analytics plugin for my 20 or so websites. Thanks!
