I’ll try to explain it again …

in General – Time base (minutes) – I point 30 minutes
in Services – Duration (mins) – I specify 120 minutes

but in this case I have time options for backup only like this
    8.00 – 10.00 – 12.00 – 14.00

    I need to intervals were
8.00 – 8.30 – 9.00 – 9.30, and so on, but when choosing a service of 120 minutes – so that you can sign up for 9.30 and to automatically close intervals to 11.30

is it possible to realize this?

Hey there someone02, how are you doing today?

If you’re looking to have a 2 hour service, but provide users time slots in 30 minute increments e.g. 12:00 PM, 12:30 PM, 1:00 PM, 1:30 PM then unfortunately this is not possible with the lite version of the plugin.

This is possible in the premium version of the plugin by enabling “Durations” add-on and setting the Time slot calculus method to “Minimum time based appointment duration calculus (legacy)” in Appointment >> Settings.

    Best regards,
    Bojan

    Hey again someone02,

I’ll respond in those threads as well. Lets keep separate issues in their own threads to avoid confusion.

    Best regards,
    Bojan
