time counter plugin for wordpress

Hi,

Can somebody please help me I need solution for time counter, I try to find plugin but no one have what I need and this is what I need:

I use gd star plugin, and thumbs vote.. And I need to put next by each post time counter which will count 24 hours, time will be use from server time. So if on server is 12:00 AM the counter start to count 24 hours and when is again 12:00 AM the counter start again to count, and again, and again… I use this because I show the most voted post in 24 hours time from server.. Can somebody help me?
