Hi @antoniode, sorry to hear about this. Could you provide the theme that you’re using and The Events Calendar version? Also, could you share the direct URL to the page you’re having issues with? I’d like to check and see what we could do here.

Please do not share any credentials, this is for us to follow the WordPress Forum Guidelines.

Looking forward to helping you with this one.

    Best,
    Abz

Hi @abzlevelup! First at all, thanks for your reply. I am using Divi and also this: https://www.elegantthemes.com/marketplace/divi-events-calendar-module/

I removed The event calendar and Divi Events Calendar and then I uploaded them again but nothing changed.

Please, It would be great if you can help me with it.

    Thanks!

    Event Calendar version: 6.0.2

    Hi @antoniode,

Thanks for sharing the link to the page where you’re experiencing this issue!

I checked it and noted that the grid of events there is being generated by the 3rd-party Divi Events Calendar plugin (screenshot). The dates appeared for me, but I can’t speak to why the times are not being shown.

The single event pages are showing both the date and time for each event, so all looks good there!

Kindly reach out to the support for that 3rd-party plugin for further troubleshooting, but please do let us know if you need anything else from our end.

    Thank you,
    Erica

    Hi @eeide,

Thanks for your reply! The issue is in the edit block. I can’t edit the date and time because this part desepeared, so I can’t create new events. Those events (screenshot) are the old ones.

    Thanks!

Hi @antoniode, apologies for the delayed response as we are experiencing a higher load in support.

That’s definitely weird, I wasn’t able to replicate the issue with DIVI and The Events Calendar. I suspect it could be caching, I could see you’re using SiteGround, could you try and clear caching if that makes a difference?

It would be best to test for conflicts, to check if there’s another plugin that’s causing the issue. We recommend testing on a staging site.

Please let me know how it goes.

    Best,
    Abz

    Hi @abzlevelup! Don’t worry.
Yes, I cleared caching, but nothing happened, then, I started to test conflicts and in the first step (Step 1: Switch to the Twenty Twenty theme) when I changed to Twenty twenty theme, suddenly occured this:

I can’t do anything… And the web is off now. Please, I need help urgently.

Hi @abzlevelup! Now, it fixed! But not the problem with event calendar. I will remove this, it is sad because it is a nice plugin, but it doesn’t work for me and I need find a alternative solution…I can’t wait more.

    Thanks for everything!

Hi @antoniode, apologies for the delay here, I’m back now. I’m sorry to hear about this and that it didn’t work out for you. We’re still trying to fix a couple of issues and we recently released a new version that should be able to fix various issues.

If you have the time, you could also give it a try back if the new updates fix the issue you’re having here. To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.

No worries, I appreciate your time and patience here as well.

    Best,
    Abz
