I noticed that you use W3 Total Cache on your site. Could you try clearing your cache, and let me know if this helps?

What happens if you alter the Gallery shortcode manually, like so:
[gallery ids="1,2,3,4"]
Would become
[gallery type="rectangular" ids="1,2,3,4"]
Sorry Jeremy no luck still. It shows up the usual gallery. Not tiled.
Could you try to deactivate all other plugins, one by one, and see if one of them conflicts with the Tiled Galleries? You might want to start with your other Gallery plugins, like NextGen.
If one of the plugins conflicts with Jetpack let me know, so we can investigate further!
I have the same problem, by turning off and on again I have found a plugin that causes a conflicts with Jetpack Tiled Galleries.

I can confirm @garf17’s note. Deactivating Event Manager Version 5.3.5 makes all the tiled gallery options show up in Settings -> Media and in the gallery builder. As soon as I re-enable Event Manager, they’re gone. Any ideas on how to get this conflict resolved?

The same problem happens to me, I can’t see no option called “Display all your galleries in a cool mosaic” on the media settings. Also when I created the gallery, no option “type” is available.
I Tryed to do as this link shows:

I also tryed to put [gallery type="slideshow"] by code instead of visual editing. Unfortunatelly nothing, the gallery continues the standard.
I updated my worpress to the newest recent version and all plugins and themes…
Let me understand… Do I need a specific plugin for activing the options “slideshow”, “retangular” or “square”?
