Tickets in popups

Hi guys,

Is would like to know if there is a solution to use popups for customers tickets.
Please login into my tests page http://www.sensomap.com/login/ with these credentials:
email: test@test.com
password: test

When you submit a ticket a post is created and the ticket is saved in My Tickets.
You click on the created ticket in My Tickets and it opens in a page.

I would like to know if I can have these created tickets opened in a popup instead of having them opened in a page. Would make my customers experience so much better…
