Ticket tab in sidebar not available

    Hi there, after updating wordpress to newest version, I installed the camptix plugin, to sell tickets on my site, but after installing and activating the camptix plugin, I don not see the ticket tab in my dashboard sidebar. I am fairly new to WordPress, and know that this is just a simple setting, but cant get it figured out, to see the ticket tab, to setup camptix on my site.

    Please help.

    There’s no setting, it should just appear in the menu, beneath Pages and above Appearance.

    If it’s not showing up, there may be a conflicts with another plugin or with your theme. To test if that’s the problem, try temporarily disabling all your other plugins and switch to one of the Core themes.

    If that fixes it, turn them back on one by one until you find the one that conflicts with CampTix, and let me know the name of it.

    Hi Ian

    Thank you very much! I had a plugin called Free-Counter!!!!! which caused the problem. Once de-activated, the tickets tab came available. I didnt need to switch to any of the core themes! Thank you for your kind assistance!

    Thanks for letting me know. I’ll see if I can figure out what’s causing the conflict.
