    Hi:

Can you please to to your WordPress permalinks settings page (SETTINGS->PERMALINKS) and just click the save button to force WP to update the links.

If that doesn’t work then chances are one of your plugins are getting in the way. It could even be the theme. We’ve seen some themes do weird things to permalinks (eg: the ALLIANCE theme). You can easily test if that’s the case by temporarily switching your theme to the 2017 theme. If that doesnt’ work then try disabling other plugins temporarily as well.

    Thanks!

I’ve tried saving permalinks, that did not work. I will now look into the theme and plugins. Thank you for your quick response and I will let you know what I find out.

We are using Alliance theme, that was the conflict. Thanks.

Hi – well, that was easy to figure out. We’ve had users just switch from using Alliance to using the DIVI theme instead. Not sure if a theme switch is an option for you but figured I’d let you know what others have done in the past.

I will check that theme out, thanks.
