Ticker Not Working

    I installed the ticker and followed the documentation on your website but the ticker isn’t scrolling. I added the shortcode to the top content widget (above post). Visit site at: p h i t n e s splusDOTcom (remove all spaces beginning with p).

    FYI: I’ll give you WP admin access to get ticker working.

    If you want to place a ticker in a widget area you need to use the Ditty News Ticker widget. Normal text widgets don’t have the ability to render shortcodes.
