Thumbnails showing in different sizes

My site at the moment looks really messed up after the update and one of the many problems is thumbnails are showing up in different sizes. You can see what I mean here

I already removed cookies and cache, I deleted the gallery and remade it and nothing, there is always two or three showing up smaller than they should.

Please help.
