Thumbnails not displaying for events?

Hi there,

I am having a thumbnail problem (no image thumbnail is showing up when I add a new event). And yes, I do have a featured image added to the event. Do I have to manually add #_EVENTIMAGE in somewhere on the settings?

Specifically, I’m wanting formatting that looks somewhat similar (not exact, but similar) to this: http://www.gospelmusic.org/2015/calendar/

A Date column, an Event column (that displays the thumbnail), and a short Description column. Is this possible with this plugin? I’m wiling to do the edits myself if I can get some direction on where to start. Thanks!

Yes, it’s 5.5.4. I only downloaded it a couple days ago, so I assumed it was the latest version?

In addition to wanting the thumbnails to display, does this offer a grid enabling similar to what you see at the above URL example I mentioned (where you can see the faint gray lines?): http://www.cmaworld.com/calendar/

You can do this by editing the formatting used for Default event list format under Events > Settings > Formatting > Events.

Our demo site is fairly similar to what you want to do, I think:

One thing…in the footer, is there a way to make the location of the event appear next to the actual event, instead of underneath it, for each listing?

Assuming you’re using the same code as for the demo site, look for this chunk of code…

` #_EVENTLINK<br/>
<i>#_LOCATIONNAME, #_LOCATIONTOWN #_LOCATIONSTATE</i>`

…and remove the <br/> bit.

This worked on the actual events page, but not in the footer. Any other thoughts?
